CHECKIN-CHECKOUT: The time of entry to the houses is fixed from 2:00 pm and departure must be at 11 hours.
CANCELLATIONS: The property will charge a part of the total amount at the time of booking. The cancellation will be free if it is made 60 days prior to arrival especially in high season (July,August and Easter). In case the cancellation be made out of the deadline, the property will not refund only the percentage charged at the time of booking.
In Low season cancellation is free if it is made 2 days prior arrival. As it is said previously In case the cancellation be made out of the deadline, the hotel will refund only the 50% charged at the time of booking.

PETS: Pets are allowed on request, charges may be applicable.
METHODS OF PAYMENT: Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro payment cards are accepted. Payment by bank checque are not accepted.

QUIET HOURS: Guests must be quiet between 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
